Minister Lawrie has set in train a proposed amendment to the NT Planning Scheme to which we have twenty eight days to respond.The proposal is to have a 90 metre limit on buildings throughout the whole CDB and provide no setbacks. Details are on the NT Planning Notice website. There is a history behind the proposed amendment, and there is a public groundswell against it.
